SERVICES

Machining: Our machine shop is well equipped with modern cnc machines, conventional machines to carry operations like turning, milling, gear cutting, threading, slotting, shaping, drilling etc as per the requirement.

Casting: We are extremely delighted to have casting facilities for manufacturing of both ferrous and non-ferrous casting as per international standards and specification. our range of ferrous casting is from 5kg to 2 ton single piece and non-ferrous 500 grams to 600 kg single piece.

Pattern shop: We have fully equipped pattern shop to manufacture patterns and core box in wood and aluminum.

Fabrication: We undertake general fabrication work and have facilities like bending, shearing, cutting machines with welding process like tig, mig, arc and plasma cutting.

Chrome Plating: We carry out hard chrome plating as per astm b 177- 01 for marine engine valve, steams, rotor shaft, hydraulic ram, piston and oil field components.
